1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Flavry platform. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or using any feature, you acknowledge and agree to this document.

If you use the platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to act on its behalf and bind it to these terms.

2. Account registration and responsibilities

The user must provide true, complete and up-to-date information during registration and remains responsible for keeping that data accurate and protected.

The account owner is responsible for all actions taken using their credentials, including activity performed by users linked to the same business workspace.

• Keep your password strong and confidential.
• Immediately report any suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not share credentials in an insecure manner.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

Flavry may offer free and paid plans with specific limits and features. Pricing, billing frequency and included resources are presented on the active pricing page at the time of purchase.

For paid plans, billing takes place according to the selected cycle. Cancellation may be requested at any time and will take effect at the end of the already-paid period, unless a specific commercial offer states otherwise.

• Delinquency may result in suspension of features.
• Flavry may update pricing with reasonable prior notice.
• Refunds, when applicable, follow the current commercial policy.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

The platform must be used exclusively for lawful purposes related to the productive and administrative management of the customer's business.

You may not use the service for activities that violate the law, infringe third-party rights or compromise the security and availability of the infrastructure.

• Do not reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent or offensive content, or content that infringes copyright or industrial property rights.
• Do not use abusive automations that degrade service performance.

5. Intellectual property

All rights related to the software, brand, layout, documentation and platform elements remain the property of Flavry Tecnologia Ltda or its licensors.

These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the platform during the contractual relationship, without any transfer of intellectual property.

6. Limitation of liability

Flavry makes reasonable technical efforts to keep the platform secure and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or fully error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flavry is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses resulting from external factors, misuse, third-party failures, internet issues or the customer's own infrastructure.

7. Suspension and termination

Flavry may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts in cases of breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, fraud, security risks or legal requirements.

The user may request account termination through the available support channels, subject to pending obligations and legal data retention requirements.

8. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, technological or operational changes.

The current version will always be published on this page together with the latest update date. Continued use after publication constitutes acknowledgment of the changes.

9. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, especially the applicable civil, consumer protection and data protection legislation.

The courts of the district where Flavry Tecnologia Ltda is headquartered shall have jurisdiction, with waiver of any other venue, except where otherwise required by law.
